All minor subdivision and recombination plats submitted for review must be submitted with a Plat Review Checklist and the appropriate fee.

Plat submittals for recombinations, minor subdivisions, and major subdivision (final only) plats shall include at least one Mylar copy and two paper copies. You may submit additional paper copies for signature if needed by the land owner or developer.

Minor subdivision and recombination plats will be processed within 5 business days.

Major subdivision plats cannot be approved until any public right-of-way is accepted by the City Council, through a resolution adopted by the Council at a public meeting.
