State of Emergency for Inclement Weather

A Proclamation for the City of Roxboro's State of Emergency (City State of Emergency January 2026) has been filed in the Clerk's Office, along with a copy of Executive Order No. 31 by NC Governor Josh Stein. Person County signed a State of Emergency on January 23, 2026 (Person County State of Emergency- January 2026). If deemed necessary, the execution of the Person County/City of Roxboro Emergency Operations Plan will take place.
