Person County Government and City of Roxboro offices will open at Noon on Tuesday, December 9.
PATS will begin routes at 10 a.m., if road conditions permit.
City of Roxboro Offices are CLOSED for the holiday, but emergency services remain available 24/7 by calling the Clearinghouse at 336-599-5658. On holidays, garbage collection is on an altered schedule.
