Planning Board
The Planning Board
is an advisory board to the Roxboro City Council.
It is composed of 7 members; and the Council appoints
them to the board. They review and make recommendations
on a number of land use issues, including but not
limited to: City's Future Land Use Plan, changes
in development regulations, rezoning requests, special
uses permits, etc. The Planning Board members are:
Pecolia Beatty, Chair, G. Phillip Allen, Vice-Chair,
Bobby Hall, John Robert Kirby, Robert Carroll,
Robert Trotter and William Bullock.
They meet the 1st Monday
of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless noted. Please
see the City of Roxboro Calendar to confirm meeting
dates, times and locations.
