The Finance department handles all collections. Including
water & sewer bill payments, privilege licenses, new water
connections, assessments, all permit fees, & any type
of collections concerning City of Roxboro. Other functional
areas are accounts payable, payroll, utility billing &
budgeting.

Any request for the turn-on
of an existing water service made and paid prior to
2:30 pm will be turned on; if possible, on the day the
request is made.
Note: Any request made
after 2:30 pm will be turned on after 2:30 pm of the
next business day.
The Finance Department has received
a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in
Financial Reporting (CAFR) each year since 1997.
